Serene Beauty Face and Body accepts the following forms of payment for your experiences and purchases; Visa, MasterCard, Debit or Cash.Payment by personal check is not accepted.
Reservations
Serene Beauty Face and Body recommends making spa reservations four weeks in advance to assure desired appointments. A major credit card is needed to guarantee all reservations.
Late Arrivals
A late arrival will deprive you of precious treatment time. In fairness to others, your treatment must end on time so the other client’s sessions can begin on time. If you are not able to be on time, Serene Beauty Face and Body will do the best to complete as much of your treatment as possible.However with some treatments, it may be necessary to reschedule you. If you are 20+ minutes late for your service, you will be considered a "no-show".
Cancellation PolicyYour scheduled appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify Serene Beauty Face and Body 24 hours in advance to avoid a charge for 50% of treatment scheduled. A "No Show" will be charged 100% of treatment price. Serene Beauty Face and Body strictly adheres to this cancellation policy.
After Hours Services
Sometimes you may need assistance or services before or after business hours. The following flat hourly fees are in addition to the cost of services requested and are subject to change without notice. Pending availability.

After Hours communication
Communication with clients is of the utmost importance to us. If you email or call after hours, we will do our best to get back with you as quickly as possible. Efforts are made to respond after hours, but expect all after hours communications to be responded to early the following business day.
Please do…. leave babies, children and pets at home. Turn off cell phones. This is your time to relax. Inform Serene Beauty Face and Body if you have any special needs or concerns to ensure your time spent becomes a memorable experience.
